We are seeking an experienced Family Practitioner to join our team and contribute to our mission of getting children back in school ready to learn. As a Family Practitioner, you will work closely with families and school staff to deliver a programme of casework that promotes educational outcomes for children.

Salary and Benefits: £19,733 – £22,274 per annum, plus a range of benefits including Perkbox membership, employee assistance programme, life assurance, and pension scheme.

About the Role:

  • Provide individual and group-based support to families to help improve attendance, punctuality, engagement in learning, and social and emotional regulation
  • Work closely with school staff to deliver a programme of casework that promotes educational outcomes for children
  • Address social and emotional factors that may affect a child's ability to learn
  • Work with families from diverse communities
