Children's Welfare Professional

Fledglings Child Care is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people. We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Children's Welfare Professional to join our team.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.
As a Children's Welfare Professional, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in residential childcare, working with children who have attachment and trauma difficulties.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to mitigate potential risks to residents
- Collaborating with internal and external agencies to ensure seamless support and services for residents
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents promptly to management
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
