Job Title: Female Care Personal Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Care Personal Assistant to join our team at Home Care Direct. This permanent role involves providing personalized care and support to a young man with special needs, autism, and limited mobility in his home.

About the Client and Support Needed:

Our client requires assistance with a range of activities, including cooking, crafts, photography, and outdoor outings. Personal care tasks are part of the role, but there is no lifting involved. We will provide training specific to the client's needs, and compliance with CQC standards is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Availability to cover shifts for holidays and sick leave
  • Willingness to commit to long-term care for one client
  • Completion of required training to meet CQC standards
  • Respect for company policies and procedures
  • Reliability, compassion, and a non-judgemental approach
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure
