About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HomeCareDirect. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including autism and limited mobility.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and tidying.
  • Support clients with their hobbies and interests, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with individuals with autism and complex needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and treating clients with dignity and respect.
