Job Description

Job Title: Senior Architect

Job Summary:

Talent International is seeking an exceptional Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for governing and maintaining the overall technical architecture solution for our organization, ensuring that all work undertaken adheres to agreed standards, design principles, and architecture methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Maintain Documentation: Define and maintain documentation that articulates the current state software portfolio and interfaces across the organization.
  • Review Legislation and Standards: Review new or changed legislation and its impact on adopted organization technology standards.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present architecture outputs to stakeholders at various levels of technical understanding within the organization.
  • Infrastructure Standards and Capabilities: Define, manage, and govern infrastructure standards and capabilities for the deployment of business, data, and application services.
  • Software and Infrastructure Design: Be accountable for the detailed software and supporting infrastructure design aspects of solutions.
  • Impact Assessment: Accountable for any impact assessment process to provide SME input on proposed initiatives, offering high-level cost estimates for implementation.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience of designing and architecting technical solutions within a large complex multi-faceted organization. You should be able to translate user requirements into solution designs, often in front of large groups. Communication is key in this role, and you will be liaising and building strong relationships across the organization in both Project and BAU technical environments.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of ITIL (Intermediate +), TOGAF/COBIT, or an equivalent framework.
  • Professional Certifications: CITP or FBCS.
