About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Capita. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from inception to completion, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of architectural staff, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our designs are innovative, sustainable, and compliant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Architect or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of building design, construction, and contract law.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
