Job Title: Senior Configuration Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary: The Gemini 3 Group is seeking a full-time Senior Configuration Subject Matter Expert to support a valued Department of Defense customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement user stories within the customer's backlog.
  2. Perform development and configuration on the Pega platform using an automated development process.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience implementing Pega in projects of similar size and scope.
  2. Prior experience with risk management and internal controls.

Desired Skills:

  1. Strong analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline. Relevant military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
  2. Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (PCSSA)
