About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Infinity Employment. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the quality inspection team and overseeing quality control for our industry-leading client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and provide technical support to the quality inspection team.
  • Conduct operator and quality inspector competency validation.
  • Ensure all internal quality control validations are clearly defined and followed.
  • Oversee measurement device calibration governance.
  • Perform spot checks at workstations and support workshop assessments.
  • Lead QR1 and QR2 meeting governance.
  • Develop and improve quality control processes.
  • Manage internal design and manufacturing quality record administration and storage.
Requirements
  • Aerospace or power systems engineering background.
  • Expertise in quality control techniques.
  • Internal auditor qualification.
  • Strong influencing skills and a team player mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Working Conditions

The contract is based in Staffordshire with a salary of £29 per hour (LTD) or £23 per hour (PAYE), with overtime available. The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm, and Friday, 8am to 3:30pm.
