Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Club Manager to join our team at Buzz Bingo Falkirk. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent delivery of our brand values and exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General/Deputy Manager in driving customer experience and operational excellence
  • Take responsibility for the overall Club performance in their absence
  • Ensure all departments operate in accordance with Buzz Bingo's Operating Manuals and procedures

About You
  • Previous experience of managing a team in a face-to-face customer service role, ideally within a leisure, gaming, hospitality, or retail environment
