**Job Title:** Specialist Teaching Support

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Specialist Teaching Support professional in a fantastic Primary and KS3 SEND School based in Hodge Hill.

The successful candidate will have QTS and experience working with children and young people with additional needs, specifically ASD, SLD, challenging behaviour, SEMH. They will also have experience supporting children through therapeutic practices.

In return for their expertise, the successful candidate can expect:

The school follows a varied curriculum to suit the needs of the young people with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Their culture is one of patience, inclusivity and helping children and young people with disabilities to achieve their full potential, whilst promoting independence.

Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring that they are paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance without any admin charges coming out of their hard-earned cash.
