Business Unit Operations Manager

About the Role
The Business Unit Coordinator role is a key position within the organization, supporting the Business Unit Director in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
As a Business Unit Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the Business Development target matrix, creating bid/no-bid documents, and supporting tender submissions. You will also research and prepare SSQ, ITT, and proposal documents, as well as develop and maintain best practice case studies.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will create PowerPoint presentations and sales collateral, ensure stock of promotional materials, and manage the Business Unit Director's calendar, schedule meetings and events, and handle day-to-day admin tasks.
You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, processing invoices, and recording staff absences, as well as updating Shared Drive and Teams sites.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent administrative and communication skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Unit Director in driving business growth and operational efficiency
- Maintain the Business Development target matrix, creating bid/no-bid documents, and supporting tender submissions
- Research and prepare SSQ, ITT, and proposal documents, as well as develop and maintain best practice case studies
- Manage the Business Unit Director's calendar, schedule meetings and events, and handle day-to-day admin tasks
