About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Motivate and develop your team to deliver a great customer experience and achieve business results.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, and stock management to improve profits and drive sales growth.
  • Store Operations: Ensure your store is a great place to be for both your team and customers, with a focus on maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance.
  • Support the Area: As part of a wider team of Branch Managers, you will support your area's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and champion a specific area to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: You will have experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Leadership Skills: You will be a natural leader, with the ability to motivate and develop your team to achieve business objectives.
  • Business Acumen: You will have a strong understanding of business operations, including finance, merchandising, and stock management.
  • Customer Focus: You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.
  • Communication Skills: You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with your team, customers, and other stakeholders.
