* Lead store employees to success through coaching and training
* Contribute to district succession planning, identifying talent and fostering growth
* Hire and manage store staff, ensuring our policies shine
* Craft and implement individual development plans, linking employee growth to business success
* Analyze sales data and take bold actions to achieve outstanding results
* Own the operational process, guiding planning at the store level
* Support district managers in staff rota planning

* Competitive salary of £42,000 with bonuses of up to £3,000 every quarter
