We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our team at a brand new, state-of-the-art £25 million leisure centre in Dunstable. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting your team to achieve daily activity and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide hands-on coaching and support to your team of membership advisors, front of house colleagues, and centre colleagues.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership sales and revenue growth.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and schools to drive sales and revenue growth.
  4. Work closely with the digital and marketing team to optimise digital and social content.
  5. Manage and pull reports from a large CRM database to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

What We Offer

A highly competitive basic salary of up to £30K, with additional commission structure that can add up to £5K per month. Excellent opportunities for future career progression within the Leisure People organisation.
