Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our client's team in Dunstable. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals, while maximizing store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement a store plan to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Customer Experience: Translate customer service expectations into actionable plans, ensuring that the team delivers an exceptional customer experience that sets us apart from competitors.
- Succession Planning: Develop and implement a succession plan to ensure the continued growth and sustainability of the business through our people.
- Business Development: Identify business opportunities and drive performance across all operational KPIs to optimize EBITDA.
- Community Engagement: Promote the client's brand by engaging with and supporting local organizations and the community to create a unique point of difference.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Previous management experience in retail or a related field, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and business planning skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Customer Focus: Committed to achieving and sustaining exceptional customer service standards, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- People Management: Proven people management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of retail professionals.
- Communication: Adept at communicating and influencing at all levels, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Package:
A competitive salary package, including a base salary of £30,000 and up to £2,500 bonus, plus a range of benefits and perks.
