About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Moto's Toddington Services. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
