Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative DBV Programme Co-ordinator to join our Education Services team at West Berkshire Council.

This exciting opportunity involves coordinating project documentation, maintaining records, and providing administrative support for boards and project meetings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyse data for the DBV programme to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Chase, check, and analyse project deployment data against agreed actions and schedules.
  • Bld and maintain relationships with external providers and voluntary sector organisations.
  • Assist with administration of the Local Offer website to ensure up-to-date information is accessible.
  • Provide general administrative support to the DBV Programme Manager and SEND Strategy Officer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
