Co-ordinating DBV Programme Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative individual to join our Education Services team at West Berkshire Council. The successful candidate will play a key role in co-ordinating the DBV programme, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This position requires strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the collection and analysis of data for the DBV programme.
- Chase, check and analyse project deployment data provided by workstream/task group leads against the agreed actions and project schedules.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external providers and voluntary sector organisations.
- Assist with the administration of the Local Offer website, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Provide general administrative support to the DBV Programme Manager and SEND Strategy Officer and wider team.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
