Contract Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Administrator to join our team at Fire Consultancy Specialists Ltd. This role involves providing administrative support to our contract management team, ensuring the smooth execution of contracts with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the contract management team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Organize and manage appointments with clients and residents for our site workers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve any contract-related issues or concerns.
  • Update and maintain our in-house system PlanRadar, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Daily telephone and occasional face-to-face contact with residents, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Contract Administrator, Resident Liaison Officer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a driving licence advantageous.
