Position Overview

This role is structured as a fixed-term training contract with full-time hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive competitive remuneration, holiday entitlement, and access to a pension scheme. Furthermore, you will have the chance to earn a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service alongside a Level 2 certification in Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing reception assistance, including managing room bookings and responding to phone inquiries

Role Expectations

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and mentorship in customer service and administrative functions within our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. This position will involve collaboration across multiple departments to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • A good standard of general education, including GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience

  • Familiarity with Keyboard/Word Processing and Microsoft Office applications
