The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organized and personable individual to fill the role of Booking Clerk/Receptionist. This position is a key part of the Trauma & Orthopaedics Department, working closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of patient appointments and administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet patients at PEOC Reception/Fracture Clinic
  • Answer telephones and deal with appointment requests/queries
  • Book patient appointments from waiting lists, ensuring accuracy on the system
  • Use the NHS E-Referral Service to upload referral letters to EPIC

Requirements

We are looking for a well-organized, enthusiastic individual who can provide an efficient and professional administrative and clerical service to the Trauma & Orthopaedics Department.
