Training and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Coordinator to join our team at Sja's West. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to plan and deliver training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal training programs for our volunteers and community training events for the public. They will work closely with our team to develop and implement training policies, ensuring that our volunteers have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality first aid services.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our volunteers and the community
- Coordinating training sessions and events, including logistics and evaluation
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement training policies and procedures
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to our volunteers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality first aid services
The successful candidate will be a motivated and organized individual with a passion for training and development. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
