Business Development Specialist - Transport Logistics

About the Company

DMA Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry connections in the transport logistics sector.
  • Succeed in closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Leverage knowledge of the Belgian, German, Dutch, and Iberian markets to gain a competitive edge.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
About You:
  • Proven experience in business development or transport logistics sales, especially with the Belgian, German, Dutch, or Iberian markets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Estimated Salary:

£42,500 - £52,500 per annum (DOE) + Commission + Car or Car Allowance + Benefits
