Relationship Management Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Management Executive to join our team at Realtime Recruitment in Belfast. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' customer success experience in SaaS, with knowledge of the full software customer success cycle. You will possess a consultative approach, with the ability to build client relationships and increase account growth.
