Senior Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably from a technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities product sector. They will be able to work effectively in a target-driven environment, using their excellent analytical and data interpretation skills to identify new sales opportunities. The ability to communicate confidently face-to-face and virtually is essential, as is the ability to self-educate and adapt to changing situations.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Onboarding new partners/customers, ensuring a smooth process and building successful relationships
- Negotiating commercial and contractual terms for new and add-on product lines and ongoing accounts
- Liaising and attending customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions
- Providing product support for customer accounts, liaising with other teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing, account management role, preferably from a technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities product background. Degree in a business or IT field, ideally with a 2:1 or equivalent, relevant experience in this sector. Experience in an IT, e-commerce, fintech, or financial services environment is desirable.
