Pension Scheme Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pension Scheme Coordinator to join our team at 2i Recruit Ltd. As a Pension Scheme Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing documents, collating information, and performing various administrative tasks related to pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing all necessary documentation for consultants to present to clients.
  • Collating information on prior schemes and preparing first draft analysis of client's other pension arrangements.
  • Setting up scheme current/deposit accounts (if required).
  • Obtaining transfer value quotes and organizing transfers agreed by the consultant from prior schemes.
  • Preparing first draft of the initial actuarial report.
  • Drafting submission for approval of the scheme to the Inland Revenue.
  • Following up to ensure that IR approval is obtained.
  • Carrying out all other administrative tasks on the establishment checklist.
  • Attending to scheme registration.
  • Preparation of standard client letters/Consultant reminders to initiate regular scheme reviews (annually).
