Experienced Financial Services Administrator

We are recruiting for a well-regarded Financial Planning Practice in Godalming, supporting the existing team with administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will provide efficient new business support for advisers, including pre-sales research, Suitability Reports, and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support for advisers with new business, including pre-sales research and Suitability Reports.
- Processing and liaising with product providers and clients in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Supporting the preparation of valuations and client review documentation.
- Providing post-meeting support to consultants.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with good technical knowledge and the ability to plan and prioritise assignments in a busy environment.
Experience of IRESS/Adviser Office software and Financial Express Analytics is desirable, as is a solid understanding of life, pensions, and investment contracts, and regulatory and compliance requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing an effective link between the client and their adviser.
