We are seeking a highly organised and technically skilled Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide efficient new business support for our Financial Planners, including pre-sales research, Suitability Reports, and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate support to our Financial Planners, including pre-sales research and preparation of Suitability Reports.
  • Liaising with product providers and clients to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing.
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and maintained.
  • Supporting the preparation of valuations and client review documentation.
  • Providing post-meeting support to our Financial Planners to ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of life, pensions, and investment contracts, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements. Experience of IRESS/Adviser Office software and Financial Express Analytics is also desirable.

We are looking for a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment and prioritising assignments effectively.
