IFA Sales Support Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team at a well-regarded Financial Planning Practice in Godalming. The successful candidate will provide efficient new business support to our advisers, including pre-sales research, Suitability Reports, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in relation to the preparation of valuations and client review documentation
  • Assist in the processing of new business, liaising with product providers and clients
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met and work is completed accurately within agreed timescales
  • Support the preparation of client meetings and provide post-meeting support to consultants
Requirements:
  • Highly organised with good technical knowledge and ability to plan and prioritise assignments
  • Solid understanding of life, pensions, and investment contracts, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Experience of IRESS/Adviser Office software and Financial Express Analytics is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven IFA background in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the industry
