Sales Support Administrator for Financial Planners

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide efficient support to our Financial Planners, ensuring seamless client interactions and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales research and preparation of Suitability Reports, processing, and liaison with product providers and clients in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of valuations and client review documentation to facilitate efficient client meetings.
- Offer post-meeting support to consultants, ensuring accurate completion of tasks within agreed timescales.
Requirements:
- Highly organized with excellent technical knowledge and ability to plan and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of life, pensions, and investment contracts, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Experience with IRESS/Adviser Office software and Financial Express Analytics is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven IFA background in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
- IT literacy, team player, and a willingness to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
