About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Associate to join our small administrative team at Hovis.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing all administrative processes to support our Nottingham bakery. This includes managing administrative duties such as payroll and production, acting as a first point of contact for our management teams, and maintaining our systems effectively and efficiently.
Key Requirements
- Strong analytical skills.
- High level of literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Good time management skills; ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
