Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Hospital Estates Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be accountable to the Hospital Director of Estates & Facilities, providing technical operational leadership and strategic direction for all engineering, infrastructure, and building activity undertaken on the acute hospital site. You will support the Director of Estates and Facilities in delivering all strategic objectives, including the coordination of capital, project, and backlog programmes.

We are looking for someone with experience of managing a hospital estates maintenance service, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and managing people as part of a maintenance team. Excellent communication skills, prioritization, planning, and coordination abilities are essential, along with good time management and organizational skills.

As a senior manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team, motivate others, and take ownership of tasks. You will also have the ability to research and interpret data information to use by senior management and other audiences.
