Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Finance Associate to join our team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for payroll data entry, invoicing internal expenses, and preparing ROEs. Additionally, you will monitor expenses, perform reconciliations, and on-board new employees.

Key Responsibilities- Invoice internal expenses and track financial transactions
- Perform payroll data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and submit ROEs as required
- Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance
- Conduct reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- On-board new employees and ensure seamless transition
- University or college degree or diploma in accounting is required
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Excel and other accounting software
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Competitive salary of $45,000 - $47,000 per annum
