Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Taiko Foods Ltd. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality systems and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Conduct internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement process improvements and quality control measures
- Lead investigations and root cause analysis for non-conformances and customer complaints
- Provide training and coaching to production staff on quality procedures and best practices
- 3+ years' experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing regulations and quality control principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
