Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Taiko Foods Ltd. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
- Identify potential risks and develop preventive action plans
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports
- Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Manage non-conformances and develop a robust auditing program
- Conduct daily QA checks and assess raw materials specifications
- Provide training for new starters and lead investigation and root cause analysis for non-conformances and customer complaints
We are looking for a critical thinker with a strong background in food manufacturing or production. You should have at least 3+ years' relevant work experience and a proven track record of improving quality systems.
