About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Taiko Foods Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Identify potential risks and develop preventive action plans to mitigate them
  • Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
  • Manage internal auditing and non-conformances, and develop a robust auditing program
  • Conduct daily QA checks, assess raw materials specifications, and manage technical runners
  • Provide training for new starters and lead investigation and root cause analysis for all non-conformances and customer complaints
  • Main contact for pest control and chemical supplier
Requirements
  • Desirable experience in food manufacturing or production
  • ~3+ years' relevant work experience
