Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's risk profile.
  • Design and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure risk awareness and mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on risk-related matters.
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, finance, business administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
