About the Role

Aviva is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join its Investment Operations Unit Pricing team. The role is a 9-month fixed-term contract from January to September 2025.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Unit Pricing operates efficiently and safely, with a robust risk & controls environment and governance framework. This includes providing support to the Unit Pricing team on operational readiness for large projects, as well as governance and risk advice to stakeholders.

A key aspect of the role will be to maintain the Unit Pricing policies and framework in line with regulatory requirements, including tracking changes due to legacy policy harmonisation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as excellent organisational and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Unit Pricing operates efficiently and safely
  • Provide support to the Unit Pricing team on operational readiness for large projects
  • Maintain Unit Pricing policies and framework in line with regulatory requirements

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary circa £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Bonus opportunity - up to 10% of annual salary
  • Generous pension scheme - employer contribution up to 14%
  • 29 days holiday plus bank holidays
