We are looking for a skilled Resource Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Victrex Manufacturing Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on a hazardous chemical regulated site, in engineering planning, and with CMMS systems. A HNC or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline is required.

As a Resource Scheduling Specialist, you will define, agree, manage, and monitor the achievement of preventative, corrective, and improvement maintenance schedules. You will also generate and approve risk assessments, ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental factors.

A strong analytical and numeracy skill set is essential, as well as excellent communication skills to prepare and issue Permits to Work. The ability to continuously look for opportunities to improve maintenance planning by making recommendations and implementing initiatives is also crucial.

Our estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
