We are seeking an accomplished Information Technology Manager to join our international team of luxury bars and private members clubs. This exciting opportunity involves bringing in-house a variety of IT operations, collaborating closely with Microsoft Business Central to enhance workflow management and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the migration of outsourced IT services to in-house operations, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and manage IT policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high levels of service quality.
  • Supervise the management of 3rd-party suppliers, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficient service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality settings, with a proven track record of successfully implementing IT solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and ability to leverage its capabilities to drive business growth.
  • Educated to degree level, with at least four years of IT management experience.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Business Central are highly desirable, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
