- Meet annual sales targets and monthly quotas, providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Work with the senior leadership team to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Conduct market and client research/analysis to identify ideal prospect clients and understand their challenges and opportunities.
- Represent Forward Role at industry events to enhance our presence within relevant sectors.
- Monitor industry trends, analyse competitor activities, and identify potential target markets.
- 3+ years sales experience
- Demonstrated, consistent success in business development or sales, ideally within the creative, design and development, or technology sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of our market and its dynamics.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results.
- Collaborative team player with outstanding communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong influencing capabilities.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and represent Forward Role at industry events.
