The Role:

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the hospitality sector.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
