About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our client/s business. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Presentation and promotion of our products and services to potential clients through effective sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willfulness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
