Job Title: Adult Care Manager


Job Summary:


The Adult Care Manager is a critical role within Mandnhealthcare, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of adult care principles.


Key Responsibilities:


Main Function:


To maintain current care skills and undertake necessary training to stay up-to-date with best practices.


To provide leadership to the care functions of the Agency, ensuring seamless delivery of services.


Care Service Delivery:


Ensure care services are delivered in a safe and person-centred manner, adhering to current standards and legislative requirements.


Develop effective working relationships with the Registered Manager and Office Manager to ensure efficient care service delivery.


Participate in the evaluation of the Agency against agreed organisational goals and business objectives.


Care Coordination:


Manage travel delays and staff shortages, minimizing their impact on service users.


Implement action to meet and maintain care standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.


Work in cooperation with multi-disciplinary health teams to maximise opportunities for therapeutic care.


Professional Development:


Encourage innovative methods for care delivery and promote health promotion within care strategies.


Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, enhancing the quality of care services.


Human Resource Management:


Cooperate with the implementation, evaluation, and orientation of new employees.


Support the implementation of the Agency's policies and procedures, promoting a positive work atmosphere.


Support and maintain a culture of performance and excellence, ensuring high-quality care services.


Qualifications and Requirements:


QCF Diploma Level 3 (Health & Social Care) is required for this role.


Working Hours: 09:00 AM TO 18:00 PM Monday to Friday
