About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to lead our team in Hornchurch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Lettings professionals, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Lettings professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and assess team performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work under own initiative, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving targets
  • Good IT skills, with experience of Microsoft packages
