About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Hornchurch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong market presence, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
  • Liaise with Tenants to arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Complete on-target earnings of £60,000 per year.
  • £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
