About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Hornchurch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong market presence, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages).
  • Attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • Complete on-target earnings of £60,000 per year.
  • £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
  • £2,500 for the first 3 months of employment, while building the pipeline.
