Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating legal recruitment for the London office, working closely with agencies, partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Meeting regularly with new and lateral paralegals and associates to monitor their integration into the firm.
  • Assisting with the implementation of soft skill training for associates and paralegals in the London office.
  • Developing strong working relationships with partners, associates, and paralegals, helping to identify and address employee relations issues, escalating as appropriate.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a highly competitive package and opportunities for career development within the company.
