Job Requirements
  1. Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies within the company.
  2. Maintain the quality of technical documentation and address any discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
  3. Apply a proactive management approach to lead and coordinate design teams on complex construction sites.
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies for managing direct reports, focusing on feedback, direction, support, and coaching.
  5. Cultivate skills such as assertiveness, decisiveness, flexibility, excellent time management, and organization to excel in the role.
Compensation Package
  1. Access to a car allowance scheme.

  3. An on-target annual bonus of £50,000 - £60,000 based on individual performance.

As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services on 775 new homes, spread across three phases, meeting stringent quality standards, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
