Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of major tour operators and airline products to provide tailored solutions for customers

• Represent Brooklyn Travel with confidence and professionalism, offering expert travel advice and information face-to-face, via email, and over the phone

• Communicate effectively with customers, listening to their needs and delivering personalized travel solutions

• Utilize our systems to book holidays, flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions, ensuring seamless customer experiences

• Maximize sales and customer satisfaction by suggesting upgrades and additional products

• Process payments securely and efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel sales environment

• Strong understanding of travel products, including tour operators and airlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work autonomously or as part of a small team
